San Diego 2009 Exercise

Postby Racer426 » Sun Mar 15, 2009 2:57 am

Hi All,

At the end of the San Diego Workshop Abraham gave us an Exercise. I typed them out and thought others would be interested.

Enjoy,

2009-01-10 San Diego Workshop

I Am One Who Loves.

1. Tonight I will make a list of 10 things in my life that are easy to love.

I Am One Who Appreciates the Source that is within Me.

2. Tonight I am going to find 10 things that I can easily Appreciate.

The Source that is within me knows my Worthyness.
When I am finding fault with myself, I will stop in the mist of it & say: This is not who I am. I am one that understands the Worthiness of my being.

3. Tonight I will write 10 things about myself for which I understand my Absolute - Unequivocal - Worthiness.

The Source within me finds Love and Appreciation and Worthiness in Everyone he sees.

4. Tonight I will sit and I will write about 3 different people with whom I've had differences.
My love and appreciation for aspects of them. I will make a list of at least 10 things about each of these 3 people.

Thanks Jeannine,

I had been looking for one for a long time. And then 2 popped in to my experience the same day.

I use this one for general lists and the other one goes on my Racing lists.

It's of a young boy getting to sit in the seat of a top fuel dragster of one of the Professional NHRA racers, and the look on his face is Total Connection to Source.

You can see it here: You'll love it.
