For now I keep all forums with free access.
As soon as we settle down little bit I will make Forums in group Abraham group - Eternally Incomplete private and give access for group members only, so it will be better for a discussion about our purchasing and payments.. and whatever

OK, 10 online members now and we have already started to disccuss some payments details and also Hagi mentioned one his friend which is not fully OK with us - SO, I've created user group here with name Eternally Incomplete and locked the topics only for this group.

So no guests and not newly registered members will have access to our discussions. I will join the last 5 members to this group with permissions as soon as they register.

So now feel free and secure

Maybe people can register only by emailing you ? this way not anyone that registers can access the forums.

In fact, when new user is registered I check his e-mail he/she used for registration and compare with e-mail in your mailling list - so I give access to Eternaly Incomplete group only to right people.
Other registered users have access to all forums except Eternaly Incomplete category.
